What payment methods can I use to pay for my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit card payments as well as payments through paypal.

Can I add or remove items from my order once it has been submitted?
Unfortunately we begin processing your order straight away. This involves a number of steps that may make changing your order not possible. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please email us and we will endeavour to do so. Please keep in mind that this is not always possible due to the speed we aim to pack, send and fulfil your order with.

Do I receive an invoice and confirmation for my order?
We will send an email confirmation to ensure that your order has been accepted and processed. An invoice will then be attached via email as well as a hard copy of your invoice supplied with your delivery order.
